App no longer allows me to log in, can't reset password because the security token that is supposed to get sent to me, has not been sent. The app itself started doing this on April 30th, 2025. As a result, whatever settings I had on the app, are now directly set, with no way for me to authorize any pending transactions. Uninstalling and Reinstalling doesn't solve the issue.

Awful, it keeps denying my payment for my phone bill. I changed amounts, merchant types, etc., and it denies every time. I was hoping this would protect my debit card from another fraudulent purchase ( which by the way I am still waiting on the results of their investigation, and it's been 2 months). I removed my debit card from this worthless app. Very DISAPPOINTED in this app and my bank! To say I am frustrated is an understatement.

Does exactly what it's supposed to - allows immediate access to lock and unlock use of the card and sends instant notifications of pending or attempted transactions. I love it. Only two downsides to be aware of - do not for the love of God forget your password! Also, if you don't have a good connection to the internet when you try to access you will be unable to view details about notifications or lock/unlock the card. This means think ahead if you're heading into a building with no reception!
