It would be 5 Stars if the app allowed customization of menu choices in the food section. In-store, the kiosk has some features that the app doesn't, and the opposite is also true, it's missing things that the app has instead. If they were synced up with options available at the store this would also be far better, as some items don't appear on the actual menu in-store.

Are you guys ever going to fix and or update this app?! It's been having the same problems for months now with no solution. I can't order through the app. Keeps saying "oops, something went wrong" while trying to save a time/items to my order. You are losing money and business. The app is a convenient option to place my order ahead of time for pickup after work, or if I don't want to wait in the crazy line for food items during morning hours. Someone has to know there is an issue at this point!

When I choose an item and then go back to the main page, it takes forever, also several times when loading a description of a product. Also on several occasions I get halfway or more finished shopping, and 5he cart reverts back to 0 items, and I have to start all over. It may save from having to go into the store, but it definitely doesn't save on time.
