Don't use any cards with this app.!! I had two orders of 81 qar lost. I was promised 3 times that it would take 24hours for the funds reach my snoonu wallet. 4 day later when I called for an update, there was nothing on record of my first call. I was then told someone would call me, I never received that call. Customer Service use to be great. Now all they do is lie.

I have used this delivery service on and off for about 2 years. Initially they were great, however, lately they have been terrible. Customer service is blocked up and you wait several minutes for a response. This shows that all customers seem to have issues. Food not picked up by delivery service and phone call to restaurant confirms food ready 30 mins with no pickup. Customer service (online messaging only) promises rapid response and then doesn't.

They are not helpful if you encounter a wrong item delivery. Twice it happened to me, that i got the wrong item, but they are not helping/assisting the customer in sorting the issue, they will just leave you to facilitate with the merchant with the wrong delivery. They might be fast in delivery, but assistance to client if there is a wrong delivery is not soo good. I hope they will improve in this matter.
