Ratings and reviews

Can't ship to store, can't order more than one of the item I even bothered installing the app for to ship to home, can't do subscriptions. This is more an issue with their entire retail website, but the whole thing sucks. When I tried to register in the app with a password that was too long, it didn't give an error, just refreshed the page. Coupons section is super glitchy. Very obviously an abandoned half-finished product, which is sad and confusing with a relatively big company.

I only care about this app for one reason: managing my prescriptions. That's it, that's the one job this app has. I wish it would do that one job. Reliably, efficiently, and smoothly. It does not. Constant login errors, or network errors, or just blank screens. Very frustrating and disappointing. Plus, even if you indicate you want only Rx-related notifications, you get spammed with ads. Had to remove notification privileges. Walgreens values spamming unwilling customers over functionality.

This app is terrible and not user friendly at all! I add coupons and they show up in the cart and when I get to checkout screen, they just disappear. I login with my fingerprint, but am prompted to manually enter my name and address at checkout. Additionally, I have saved a credit card on file multiple tines, but every time I check out, I can't access my saved card and must manually re-enter the information.
