Constant pop-ups that prevent me from doing My business when I open the app. It's so bad that I often have to Force a close on the app and reopen to get my business done. When doing a mobile deposit it takes at least five tries to do the back of the check because it rejects perfectly good pictures of the check. And now they've moved everything around so I have to figure out where things are again.

The app is nice and user friendly now. It appears all bugs have been fixed (at least what I experienced). Easy to navigate and quick to load pages. I like it, thanks US Bank! Non-related to the app, BUT their credit card security against fraud is outstanding. My card was compromised. They immediately shut down that credit card, sent notifications to me, and reissued a new card. It happened several days before I was notified. I am so thankful for their thorough monitoring.

It is easy to use once you find where you do things on each page. It has become very cluttered, harder to understand with all the info where the activity use to stand alone. This has gotten better. Now I can't see copies of checks/transactions. NEEDS FIXED! UPDATE: I can now view my chcks again. Doesn't seem as difficult to find items even though there is as much, if not more, options. THANK YOU, U.S. Bank!
