This app sucks. For some reason the saved password no longer worked nor did my fingerprint. When attempting to reset the password, once I submitted the new password, I got a message saying my session was terminated due to inactivity. So I tried it through the website. However, I could only login to the website using the temp password. The password can only be reset through the app which will tell you the session timed out even though you are not idle at all.

This app might be great, but I wouldn't know. For over a year I have been unable to login to my account. I am repeatedly locked out after inputting my login info one time, with a message that says too many attempts, reset password? I've have reset the password, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. So many calls to customer service. They couldn't figure it out, they say the account isn't locked on their end. Nobody knows what the problem is. So glad the State is going to another company.

The biometric option doesn't work the way it's supposed to. I've checked the box off for it to be enabled, but it seems to ask for my print after I'm able to view my balance. So, into the settings, and check the box again. Asks for a print, uncheck, and repeat. It's a pointless option right now, just don't check the box. **oh, this is one star after the myriad of issues I went through enrolling, and unlocking the account in April alone**
