Was really good until it wasn't. It's a good app until you have a technical issue. The agents who worked with me were helpful until my technical issue. Rather than tell me they couldn't help me / couldn't figure out the issue, they dropped the call. I called back, got a different agent. All was well until the same point, And when you know, my call was dropped again!

I had it at five star . Unfortunately I had to change it. I have two reliacards one for child support ( grey) one for unemployment ( blue) . It only supports the blue , and now I have problems with getting info for my grey reliacard. The app is easy to go through. Doesn't show where things are spent or if someone tries to charge it wrongly doesn't show where it came from just a text stated a charge was declined. It would be more helpful for a little more detail on things like that.

The disconnect with multi factor authentication where US Bank sends an alphanumeric code to your email and the authentication system only accepts numeric input is very frustrating because CLEARLY it's affecting more and more people everyday!! But to stay on hold for almost two hours only to have "customer support" tell you there's "no way to change that" is even more frustrating. I kept saying AUTHENTICATION and he kept saying AUTHORIZATION!!! Please fix this so that we can fully use the app!!!
