Ratings and reviews

The app is buggy (issues remembering the address, filtering, wrong button names), bit the worst thing is the customer support. I am unable to continue a chat I have started, i receive a response by email from a generic email address (and the call center doesn't even let you talk with support). I have wasted a lot of my time and had had a terrible experience.

After two years, I decided to update my review. App definitely doesn't crush as often as it used to. The interface is somewhat unchanged but that's good. Still no real time tracking unless it's a "bike" delivery. The point system became useless after some time. Not only it isn't possible to redeem points for pyszne discounts but also there are less options in general to utilize the points. Other than Crocks the options are not appealing to the customer. Still much room for improvement -3🌟

Terrible food app. I would suggest downloading app that has better functions for example like delivery driver contacts or gps tracking of the order or even a way to contact customer service. I would honestly suggest Glovo app as a better option at least your food reaches on time there. Would not recommend at all.
