Update: appears that esim registration on android is broken. Was successful completing it on an iOS device, then cell service worked on my Android. Original review: wish I read the reviews before buying an esim through their site for Android. iPhone users had an easier time setting up a physical sim. Am unable to complete registration on the app after adding the esim countless times. Always has issue with the photo upload. customer service through FB messenger takes too long to find an agent.

The app itself is pretty much functional. Notable improvements on purchasing data and converting it to texts or calls. Why I'm giving 1 star is the service the app is for. GOMO is all about non-expiry data for extremely good prices. Unfortunately, connection quality has gone absolutely downhill. Used to be a powerhouse at giving internet anywhere I need it. Now, it's constantly spotty, out of signal. Calls are scratchy and it's always strong for a couple of seconds then the signal is gone.

I've been using this app and telecom for 2 years now. Despite the good deals, I hate the slow connection sometimes and they keep changing the deals! I wanted the UNLI data for 7 days for 199php, but now it's gone and added UNLI calls and text for 249php which I don't even use. I know it only ranged up to 50 pesos but as a student, I need to also save money and I don't want my 50 pesos to be paid for something I won't even use. Please fix this and STICK TO ONE.
