no customer support/feedback mechanism twice in jul 2025, store called that they could not deliver due to storm.emong but app tagged both as completed and still charged me despite noting in my rating that the orders were not completed twice this month, address kept reverting despite stating signal and good order in another apps. was ordering for a relative in another town and despite several chqlanges of delivery address and confirmation thereof, the final one reflected another town.

the app is so broken. You cant really log in properly it would just get stuck at loading screen even though you have a stable internet and then I got stuck at the "Select store" page because whenever I tried clicking a store it would just reload the page and everytime I click the stores I tried picking it would just refresh and refresh. for a company that seems to be so successful... I actually expected them to do better lol

The rating function in the app does not work properly especially if you are to give less than 3 stars for your order. This app should have a live customer service chat /hotline integrated for customer concerns. Plus you cannot even leave comments or special instructions per item for your order.
