Why when the app needed updating and would not update - when I have un-installed and searched for "bc lotto scan app" and reinstall - does it then say I am using an unsupported version of the app and have me click a link every time I open the app? What is going on here?

The old app worked great. It bow redirected you to an app that is super buggy. It constantly can't get the password correct, it redirects you to use the old app to reset the password. The old app then redirects you to the new app? Leaving you in an endless loop of frustration. If you are going to launch a new "improved" app, make sure it works.

You guys need to get rid of the auto zoom for scanning. It has made scanning tickets impossible. Get rid of the feature or give an option to turn it off. And I will give you 5 stars. Until then the app is broken and useless. Man I hate this app now. Just revert back to 6 months ago and NEVER MESS WITH IT AGAIN!! DO NOT ADD USELESS FEATURES LIKE ZOOM!!!
