First, it doesn't allow you to save passwords. Second, it doesn't allow you to save the touch ID feature. Third, once you're able to login, after several tries, searching for an item is a labyrinth. Fourth, once you have gone through the process of selecting items, it WON'T let you check out because "your transaction exceeds the limit of your balance". Fifth, you end up calling the customer service number for them to process your order. PS. there's always a balance left in the account.

I don't want to even give this one star! Something is wrong with the login. Every time I go to use my saved email login combination it automatically deletes it. What's the point of offering the ability to save your login information when it won't allow you to log in with the saved information? And yes I triple checked, my email and password r 100% correct. Also don't go to their website for support, it leads to United healthcare who doesn't control the app

This is a horrible App. Half the time it dosnt work, the other half has wrong info. Last year this benefit was great and the APP worked fine. During this FIRST qtr, I already had to request a new card hoping that would fix things. Somehow, It's worse now. This dam thing charged my card a little ovr $31 for an order I nvr placed, for an item that I can't use. When you call, that's a whole other nightmare. All I could do was cry in frustration.
