Worst app ever. App loads slowly & the following error keeps appearing when I tried to login. 'Opps! Something went wrong. Please try again. If the issue persists, please call our 24 client contact center.' How many times I've to call the customer service? I abandoned my 1st username due to this error. I was told that user has to allow all permissions for the app. I did so, created my 2nd username, & waited for another 12h just to see the same error again. Called & rectified. Hit error again. ??

Never been able to perform COC application successfully. Always getting code F01 (complete Resident Status and Customer Work Type and submit, but where to complete?). In the app, all necessary profile personal data already updated. What's the point of having the function in the app if can't complete application and still need to call?

Near the worst banking app to date. Not that any single one of them is any good. Slow, buggy and rejects my correct password only to fail at recovery even from the first step. Update: It has done it again, rejecting accurate credentials for year 2024. If you value your time and sanity, would be wise to stay away.
