In the past 3 or 4 months I have had hard time keeping the app open. It just keeps closing on me. It has even not accepted my password several times. Them it will accept it just to close on me. I have removed the app and redownloaded it but that didn't help at all. Not to mention that I have ordered stuff and never received it. Walmart said it was sent to the wrong address so it not there fault I put the wrong address in. LOL well I didn't and the app had my rt address. This app sucks. 😞😞

Give's false $ left to spend. Go to transaction history and do the math yourself. The app closes with screen off for ~2 minutes with the app left open, it is gone, force closed not even in recent list, so relogin every 2 min/s. Items covered that aren't. Put the product scanner accessible on the main page! 0 stars. Galaxy S22. I'll send logs if you have it set up for that and update it. Cache/settings ive cleared, same. Cluttered mess. Not for non tech-savvy users. Restructure and simplify UI!

First, it doesn't allow you to save passwords. Second, it doesn't allow you to save the touch ID feature. Third, once you're able to login, after several tries, searching for an item is a labyrinth. Fourth, once you have gone through the process of selecting items, it WON'T let you check out because "your transaction exceeds the limit of your balance". Fifth, you end up calling the customer service number for them to process your order. PS. there's always a balance left in the account.
