Overall the app is good and very easy to navigate. I also really like the option to call the support from the app, which instantly verifies you, so you don't have to manually enter your credentials with dial tone to verify your identity. What I really would like to see in future is some kind of solution to pay contactless with girocard. Google pay + Visa is very convenient, but some small businesses in Germany don't like to accept Visa. Some contactless payment app for Girocard would be great

The android app does not work properly. I have been one hour trying to set my account up, unsuccessfully. I installed the app in my iPad and it works just fine, but in my Pixel6 it does not recognize my password. Will have to close.l my account [Update 8/4/24: waiting until error is fixed]

Hello Adrian, there is actually an error if your password contains a special character. This has already been fixed for iOS, other systems will receive the update later this week. best wishes your ING

Something is off with the notifications, you would get multiple notifications about charges but you don't see anything in your account actually happening, so not sure what's that, a glitch or the app is trying to say something. Overall not the best, but nice.

Hello Mr Morterius, we'd like to have a closer look at the bug you are discribing. Please, write an e-mail at info@ing.de so we can fix it. If possible write also an example, which notification never came true. Best wishes your ING
