One of the worst built apps I've ever seen!! Logins don't accept regular passwords and even during password resets, emails are not sent out even in the junk folder. Then when I try to go to the chat with agent, the Android back and stop buttons below cover up the chat box so I can't even reply to the chat agent I'm connected with. It's like a big joke!!

We got to Atlanta Hartsfield 2 hours early for our flight. Haggling around with the app and the ticket agent made us get to the gate as the plane was being pushed back. Our luggage ended up on another flight than us and Frontier would not even try to help get our luggage switched over to our flight and they were adamant about not trying. The absolute worst experience I have ever had with an airline and I have flown a lot. The app wasn't helpful.

Such a frustrating app. On every click you have to wait atleast 10 to 30 seconds. And they push us to app while checking in from the browser. If they have so much slow app why are they pushing us to check In flight on to app. Give both the options. Such a waste of time with this app. Update : it became more worse app not even loading anything, installed, uninstalled cache cleared. Nothing working.
