I've been needing to delete my account for months now since I don't live in the UK anymore. But no matter how many times I change my password, try to log in through my laptop or phone (app) it won't allow me to log in. It keeps saying that there's an issue with the website and to try it again later, but it's been saying that for almost a year now. This website and app is complete garbage and useless. Customer service is also unreliable and unhelpful.

There's really no point in the app now. I'm perpetually logged out instead of being remembered, biometrics no longer work and login frequently fails. Using the website I'm able to login in immediately and remain logged in for longer than a day. I think they've made it obsolete.

Props to the dev team for adding usage functionality on dashboard within one week of raising the concern. App works smooth. One query for business team, right now it is not possible to top up for smaller amounts from stores, the smallest top up is 10 pounds, is there a consideration to roll out smaller top ups ? or it can be done online ?
