The bookstore is amazing, actually the best one ever with the best services. However, I want to review the mobile application for me and many other users, we need a DARK MODE FEATURE; personally I prefer dark mode appearance in all apps, since it comforts to my eyes, so I hope you add this feature soon. A huge bookstore application like you should have this option for better a user experience. THANKS ❤️

So many issues and bugs. Tried to create the card, tried to imputing the ID number... wasn't taking the full number of ID... I tried again, now after re installation of the app, it worked to insert the full ID number but now at the end when submitting, the form, it says invalid ID ?!?! Now I also have an issu with inserting my birth date in the field... It just doesn't want opem the field to type or add Birthday. Before had trouble logging in... How is this possible?

I am the user of SAB credit card and saw the advertisement of 10% off at Jarir Bookstore. For that reason, I decided to purchase a smart phone, however while checking out there was no discount applied. It seems that there is a fake campaign to attract the customers !! I was not expecting such a double standard from Jarir. I request you to kindly resolve this query.
