The app suddenly stops working. If we have to urgently send money, it's just not possible. Please do something about it. Why can't we add the banks upi in Google pay? Tried upteen times. Even went to the branch. But, the problem has not been solved as yet. Gpay shows that it has been activated but can't see the bank name added anywhere. What is the problem? Please help.

I think the app is regressing, I am not using the full version as it was for my dad who is 90 year old. All he needs is a passbook, but now this app keeps reminding him to get full access. For full access, he needs debit card, first when we go to branch, they discourage him to get debit card as seniors cannot handle it, well I can see the reason. But atleast make some things simple for seniors. Also, I cannot install this app and register from my device as it needs to send SMS.

You guys have done a very good job on the app. Congratulations! I have just one request. Could you please make a provision for a note on each entry on the passbook so that we can keep better track of the amounts credited/debited. UPI has made payments very easy,but keeping records on expenses is a task. and sometimes, many entries in the passbook are very confusing. Also, it's hard to remember. I hope my request is heard :)
