The app is abit lag.. always have issues when retrieving receipts for taxi.. limited history page for taxi.. the taxi booking page has limited place for pick up n destination.. i do not recommend to other users out there.. very disappointed.. In response to your standard reply on 24 april. Already done that but your team is still unable to provide a resolution to address the problem.. thanks..

Used to work. Now suddenly can't work with Google wallet. Using Samsung Note 10 Pro. When I try to setup again, Kris+ app will launch Google Play and show the Google Wallet app page. This is faced by another user earlier as shown in earlier feedback. Apparently, this has not been fixed.

My experience was phenomenally bad. I've been a kris member for years, but i forgot my password. When i downloaded the app and tried to reset the password, the system didnt allow a reset and asked me to contact the local sq office. When i did, i got bounced around on numerous emails by the customer service team for weeks, and not one can reset the password for me. Along the way different customer service staff asked me to verify myself with different personal questions. Feels borderline scammy
