USAA is an organization founded by military members for military members. We understand the unique needs of service members, veterans and their families.

The USAA Mobile App gives you convenient and secure account access from your mobile device. You can manage your finances, insurance and more. With just a few taps, you can do things like transfer money, pay bills and deposit checks.

USAA Mobile App features include:

-Banking: Pay bills, send money with Zelle®, deposit checks, transfer funds and locate an ATM.

-Insurance: Get an auto ID card, request roadside assistance and report a claim.

-Security: Use a PIN or device biometrics to securely log on to the app.

-Search: Find what you need with smart search and chat.

-Widgets: View your balance and transaction history on your home screen using widgets.

Credit cards are issued by USAA Savings Bank and serviced by USAA Federal Savings Bank. Other bank products are provided by USAA Federal Savings Bank. Both banks are Member FDIC.

Edit: I leave a negative review, and magically, it accepts my CC. Unreal. I've been w/ USAA for the past 15 years. Now, suddenly, I can't use my credit card for automatic insurance payments. Why the change? Repeated error messages when trying to add my card, & the app is a nightmare to navigate to automatic bill pay settings. The app refuses to let me update the expiration for the card that I've been using for the past 15 years. What gives? Y'all no longer care about America's fighting force?

Trying to make a payment on a credit card fails, giving me a system error, saying try again later. What it really means is wait till you're past due. A few times, when I DID happen to be past due, it seems to work just fine. Why does it only work if I'm late on a payment?! It used to work great, but now it forces me to use a computer to make a payment to avoid having late charges. Closing and restarting the app and rebooting my phone do not resolve the issue. Fix this.

Probably one of the worst banks in general. App itself can't seem to load or retrieve it's own files multiple times a day, my bank account suddenly disappearing has happened at least 3 separate times over the span of a few months which means I can't access my money and the app claims there's never been an account associated with my information but you better believe they still have my bills preloaded and ready to be paid. I have to verify and update my information once a month. Disturbing
