The app is garbage. 1) Account details won't load half the time and you can't go back when it freezes. Have to completely close the app and start over. 2) when I make my monthly payment it doesn't show up anywhere except for one small note for 3 days. There is no payment history page and no pending payments! So I made my payment and then 2 days later I couldn't remember if I paid it and I ended up making a duplicate payment! IDIOT APP!

Best bank in town if you have one in town, and their app is easy to use, navigate, and works like a charm! I gave up on credit unions when any I joined kept snail-mail spamming me with offers of Life Insurance that I didn't ask for. US Bank is great for VETS! Being a US military veteran, I am exempt from certain modest fees that I might otherwise have to pay. App allows easy viewing of my accounts' balances and details, everything I do with the app is done INSIDE the app. Nice!

This app has a lot more options than I'm used to with financial institutions. Sometimes the notifications come while an update is occurring so it could get difficult to use. But the notification comes through so you know something is happening. One downfall I've noticed is you don't get notified when you log on. So if you're password was stolen without your knowledge and used you wouldn't know, and there isn't a 2 step authentication method. I wonder if my finger print overrides those features?
