I don't hate the app, but it does cause some trouble. It signs me out frequently and when it try to sign back in it that forever to get to the sign in page and it not because of I tried it on multiple Wi-Fi networks a still tales forever. On top of that there are many times where I would but my pass work in and it would say it is incorrect which it isn't because I had it save on my phone and I'd have to create a new password. I hope these issues get fixed because it would make easier for me.

It is a massive pain to have to delete notifications and doesn't sync with the Hub to recognize when notifications have been viewed. You have to delete each notif one by one, and after deleting it, it stays there unless you back out of the page and reopen the inbox, so you can't even do it quickly. To clarify exactly how annoying this is, I had to delete every single message between 6/13/21 and 11/5/23 by hand, by opening it, deleting it, and then backing out of the inbox every few messages.

It works well. If you use a VPN, you'll probably have to log in over and over again, but it's not bad. Also, for anyone who wants to use biometric sign in on this app and other apps, if you have a Samsung that is able to get the Samsung Pass app, it will allow you to save you login credentials and then sign in with biometrics if you set it to.
