I use the app to collect crowns for future free items. This part works great. The menu is easy to use and not overwhelming like McDonald's app. I have ordered accidentally at the WRONG location and they do not refund, so ended up paying twice. BEWARE your full first and LAST name will appear on the order and receipt visible to all staff in store. This is a privacy violation. I have never seen this privacy issue on any delivery app or store app.

Unfortunately after 3 mobile attempts they do not seem to make the food until you get to the store. (i live 20 min away) But the only way to get points is through the app. So yesterday I tried ordering through the drive thru and they could only make 4 out of 5 burgers and then forgot 1..so I only received 3 and my mozzarella sticks were hollow (over cooked). Great customer service though.

Something went wrong error, hey download our app but you can't get anything cause went can't find a restaurant or at least write simple code. Won't use location finder nor can it find a close restaurant uaeing your address. 8 other fast food apps to choose from guess my business goes there.
