I used to love this app. Told all my friends about it. Made my payments on-time, if not paid off early. Had one issue one time and you are pretty much labeled as no longer worthy (and trust me they always got their money-that wasnt the issue). Started having issue after issue after that. Paid off what I owed and finally gave up using it. Just got a notice (10/15) of some bs reason I was denied something back in JULY. And customer service is zero help. Shame. I really liked it while it lasted.

Update: despite the response that credit isnt the only factor to decline me l, it was a lie. I got a email from klarna and the reason I was declined was my credit. This app went downhill and I will never use it again. Used to love this app, made expensive purchases manageable. I used this app and paid everything on time and had a credit limit of $700+. My credit dropped in recent years and now I am not even allowed to do a payment plan for $150 despite having a good track record with Klarna.

I used to use Stocard which had an awesome widget that let me quickly access loyalty cards. Klarna took over Stocard so now I'm forced to use Klarna. Lack of widgets in 2024 makes this app pretty behind the times. Default settings for emails and alerts is on so you have to remember to go disable the many push notifications and emails. Otherwise, app is relatively smooth and allows preference of opening directly to wallet which is nice. Adding and managing cards is pretty easy.
