I have never used an eSIM before. Went online and YouTube. Looked at what was available for my destination. Saily was the best value. New to the scene, I used their chat. Bought my eSIM, and it was installed almost immediately following their link. Can't give five stars as I haven't used it yet. Looks like a bargain, though!

Avoid when travelling to Vietnam. Does not work as intended. As soon as you step off the plane and go thru customs it's best to get a eSIM from the local providers which is far cheaper. Contacted 3 different support people. No refund on a service I cannot use and they blamed coverage in the area im in which is a major city in itself. Terrible would advise anyone to go get a local sim or from another provider not these guys.

Unfortunately you have no way of knowing if the signal provided by Saily will be any good in the country you are trying to use it in. They also make it difficult to cancel to get a refund,. Customer service is unhelpful. Was told if I don't like it then I have every right to leave a review on my experience.
