^David Jones American Express Card Members are not eligible for Pay with Points.
*If you are an American Express Corporate Card Member or an American Express Business Card Member affiliated with a wholesale partner, you are not eligible for Pay with Points, Amex Offers, Friends Referral, , Places, and push notifications.

Ratings and reviews

Easy enough to use for payments, and viewing transactions is easy too. The travel section is confusing to navigate, and you can't handle a lot of functions in the app, but for ease of the basics it does the job. The card offers are a bit meh, so needs work, but it's easy to add the offers to your card.

Verry slow and buggy. It runs like a browser page that won't load properly. Constantly has issues scrolling, so you can't finish the action you're trying to take. Better to just use a computer browser if you have access. I will be switching to a card with a better app for the convenience.

A handy app to keep informed of transactions with the card. However, there is an annoying delay between Amex receiving payment (as notified by their own app) and it appearing in the app .. the app notifies me they got my payment, but the same app doesn't show it for some time. Still a good app, but with this odd bug.
