Ratings and reviews

Dev fixed and updated a fairly minor but still otherwise very inconvenient issue. Overall a pretty clean app, if maybe a bit colorful for my tastes. But then it's in the name so 🤷🏻‍♂️ The amount of options you have to control and manage your money though is very good. If you do simple banking and just buy things in your own country, this app is less for you. If you need to convert between currencies and have fairly easy access to cash worldwide though, it may be worth the 9€ p/m.

Best banking experience I've ever had. From the many virtual credit cards you get with a Bunq Easy Bank Pro plan to the great interest on savings with Bunq Payday and the super nice app, I can't recommend them more. But man you guys ruined the wheel of fortune for me with this last update. I never win anything now. Please at least give us the ability to get more spins just like before 😭

When logging in on the app, it tells me to 'Verify now' after which a loading page appears which does not go further. I cannot access my money anymore because of this. Bunq support is non-existent; after multiple emails over several days I only get a chatbot reply. When trying to acces my account through laptop/webbrowser, bunq says I need to verify through the app first, which does not work. Horrible app, horrible bank. Avoid at all cost.
