About this app

ATH Móvil is an ATH® Network application that allows you to:
− Transfer money instantly to more than 1.7 million persons using only their phone number.
− Transfer money between your registered cards, even if they are from multiple financial institutions.
− Make payments at any time, from anywhere, in real time and securely.
− Donate to non-profit organizations.
− Get the balance of your accounts.

To use ATH Móvil you must:
− Be a client of a bank or credit union affiliated to the ATH® network that offers the ATH Móvil service.
− Have an ATH® debit card
− Have an email and phone number

Ive had this app for several years now and never had any issues until a couple of days ago! I updated my card and now I cant recieve or send money! It says "Sorry! Something went wrong There was a error processing your request. Please try again later." Please try again later yeah sure, after deleting everything, starting over and 5 days later it still says the same thing! PLEASE PLEASE FIX!!

APLICACIÓN it's not working right I been trying to delete my account so I can open a new account seens the bank give me a new card and won't allow me keep saying I have no wi fi or data i do it's really frustrating

I can't use this app anymore because now they demand that I have at least Android 10 installed. None of my devices have it. They used to have a web portal, but it's been gone for years. And even if you don't update the app or install an older version, they refuse to let you log in without first updating. I guess it's back to the old "run to the ATM to withdraw money so you can pay people" again. Thanks for ruining the app. EDIT: And of course they gave me a thoroughly unhelpful stock reply.
