DriveEasy needs an upgrade. Even if you're a passenger, you can't touch your phone. It marks it as distracted driver, even when you change yourself to passenger role. If you are parked and waiting for any length of time, you still can't touch your phone or it is a distraction. There needs to be a way to distinguish actual driving and sitting in park. I would have a perfect score otherwise. All the errors actually cost me more for the insurance rate. Needs fixed ASAP, not fair to customers.

When you are signed in, it works well and is easy to get what you want. But, there are some significant headaches that should be investigated and resolved. 1. The app repeatedly forgets me or my spouse despite selecting the "keep me logged in". 2. The DriveEasy program function repeatedly forgets me and my spouse, requiring us to go through the setup process. This happens sporadically, sometimes multiple times in a week.

Ever since this last update my Drive Easy has not been recording trips correctly. It recorded me walking from my car, walking into a building, walking back to my car and hit me with braking and corning. For walking! Then today it said that my phone was in my hands for every trip I made today when I was running my Google maps and my phone was in my cup holder the entire time. I had zero issues with this feature previously. This is super frustrating! How do I get this fixed!?
