App refuses to work with my new system! The previous system connected with app but this new system will not connect. I'm very disappointed because I cannot monitor the system while away. I stayed with Lorex because of the dependability of my previous system. Not happy with new wireless camera system. I hope to get the connectivity issue resolved soon!

Terrible app. Never could scan QR code, continuously said no wifi connection, even though it is directly plugged into modem. The cameras are wireless and connect to the wireless receiver. Worked with this system for over 8 hours to no avail. The HDD console boots you off after 3 minutes and them you have to sign back in. I can see the cameras on a monitor, but not able to see on phone. Customer service was not helpful. Very frustrating. This system was a gift and unreturnable. Very disappointing

This app is straight garbage. Push notifications are way off if I even recieve them. Sometimes I go in and have like 10 events that I never was notified for or they all hit at one time. Even trying to adjust settings is a hassle just simplify the whole thing. The arlo app was 100x easier to use. And it's a shame because the camera quality is great but what good is that if I am not notified of an event.
