Ratings and reviews

This was great, to begin with. I purchased the basic plan so that we could see video via cloud storage. Not sure why I'm paying for it at this point, playback never works anymore. I can't find anything in the app to contact support so it's not all that user friendly either. If I was able to easily find a way to contact support, this would be 4 instead of 3.

Doesn't detect everything even though settings are on high! Sometimes, it doesn't want to load. And you can't watch the cloud storage if the notifications video after 7 pm until the next morning! I paid twice because the cloud storage is messed up and it keeps notifying me to resubscribe even though I am. I have asked for my refund or for the extra payment to be moved to the next month. Customer service is ridiculous bc you have to talk to a bot. I am switching to Roku!

Constantly bugs you for narketing purposes and to spy on your location. New merkury Camaras do not work with this app, you have to download another app that constantly bugs you to pay a monthly subscription. Annoying popups, everytime I open app I get bugged to give it permission I don't want to give it, or do updates that I do not want to do. Nov 8 - 2024, still bugging you with ads all the time.
