I have an account with Popular Direct because the interest rate is great, that being said... This is the worst banking app I've ever used. It's almost comical, like they made it horrible on purpose. If you manage to log in, expect to only be able to view your balance. There is essentially nothing else you can do and will need to use the website which presents it's own unique problems.

UPDATE Sept 4, 2024: App won't even load. Says I need to update, but there hasn't been an update on 6 months. Won't open at all. You can't transfer money in the app. If you click on transfer you get a message stating no origination or destination accounts are set up. How can there not be an origination account when I can clearly see my account and balance. Going to the website just directs you back to the app. Guess I have to call to get my money out and switch banks??

Can't log in, not sure what I'm doing wrong. I enter my username and password on the login screen, then I press "Continue" but nothing happens. There is no feedback that the button was pressed or any indication that it is in fact a button at all. UPDATE: It seems the "Continue" button was still disabled -- I had copy/pasted my username and password from a password manager. In order to enable the "Continue" button, you have to physically type keys into the fields. Little annoying.
