Rogers blocked a refund. My bill is due very soon. App is giving me a "Missing or wrong data of the field" every time I attempt to send a message to initiate a chargeback or investigation. I am out of country so calling is not feasible. if you want sky high anxiety, use this app. Moving forward I will be looking to moving my phone, internet, cable, and credit card needs to a more reliable company.

Good App. Easy to navigate. I like that I can redeem the cash back through the app and don't have to sign in on desktop, or jump through hoops to get it. One thing that I noticed - I can't access my statements on app, as it says "No Statements Found". I can access through the browser. It's possibly an app bug.

I love the app, makes it easy and having the card helps. I've only come into a recent issue that I haven't solved. Tells me to update, no update available, uninstall app an reinstall and it still tells me to update when I'm not given a prompt to do so.
