I had been having major issues with my phone, that I was ready to throw it in front of a speeding bus! every time I touched the keyboard, or an app, all sorts of popups starting showing up, one after another, layering on top of each other! I couldn't do anything. I called Samsung Support and spoke with 2 different representatives, Eric and Anwar, and with the help of Smart Tutor, they were able to locate and delete all of my apps that were infecting my phone. It's working fine now!

I have what Samsung says is a hardware or software issue that they can't find or resolve. Every time I receive or send a picture I have to click on the optimize button. now they want me to drive 28 miles so somebody can look at my phone in person. I'm willing to bet they're going to pass it off to someone else again.

I had a very good customer service Rep. His name is Leondro, he was very astute, courteous, quick thinking, polite, and ready to jump right in to assist my ongoing spam by way of email and text messaging. The spam kept telling me I would lose thousands of pictures if I did not purchase back up from the so call Cloud, but Leondro handled the issues. Thank you again, great service!
