This app is trash. Every time I try to verify my phone number it says Service Problem. I updated the app and same thing. So with that,none of the clipped deals work while I'm in the store. I'm a VERY loyalty Jewel customer,and have been for over 30 years. This is so frustrating. Just wish they would go back to the Fresh Value card that worked Everytime,without any problems.

One receipt after ordering with app but when I went to pick up they gave me another receipt with 3 times of the original amount. They told me this is normal. It's all about cheating customers. Another problem is app showing items are in stock at the store but when got there none of items were there. When I order from Amazon, they have all the correct prices and no change in the bill. Same prices all the time.

This app is super slow to load anything, clip/view offers, search, add to cart, etc. Half the time I get error messages when trying to to clip an offer, view a product page, add to or view my cart. So frustrating I just close the app instead of ordering. "Shop in store" is the only way you can see the aisle location, but then the clipped offers aren't calculated into the cart price. So I have to switch between "in store" and "pickup" to see aisles and then the final cart price. Very frustrating.
