The only way to get your fuel discount in app is to load cash to your 7/11 wallet then use it to pay for fuel. For this I have to go to the ATM to get cash. Definitely not convenient like they claim their app is. The app no longer works like it did previously (months ago). You now get error messages when trying to use a card in app. This has been going on for several weeks. Customer service has been no help at all. Just emailing rinse and repeat questions.

changing my review.. the app works great for me and I love that I can use the gas part that now has a store close to my home. The app is handy and getting double points for showing it on my phone is great too. Only issue I have is that an iPhone doesn't get to download the free stuff from T-Mobile. it never opens the App and gives an error. sent email to developer. This is why I am givng the 4 stars.

Good app and reward system in theory but in the real world is terrible. the vast majority of 7-Eleven stores do not have mobile fuel pay, or mobile phone pay, and many 7-Elevens do not do delivery in the app. Corporate's lack of making sure that their stores are all on the same page is awful. I would really love to use the fuel pay alone, but I don't want to drive all the way across a major city to get to the one gas station that has the fuel pay. Get your stores in line, and onboard.
