I don't understand what is Hi!App issue. Before the update, it was working fine. However, after the update, it has become an unfriendly experience. Now I have to keep key in the password everytime I want to have a quick check on amount left. And now, my usual option to pay via Card or Singdash never work! I tried to reach out for assistance and there has been no response at all. The only way, I can make payment is to top up debit and use the debit as payment. A truly terrible customer service.

Singtel encourage customers to download their Hi App but since day One,the unreliable app has failed in every performance available.Whatever you top up won't be reflected in the app till hours later.Then what's the point of having the app?It doesn't help their operators have thick accents and expect us to comprehend.

after update to this new version. there is lot of problem. pls fix it. Unnecessary log in feature. Data expire timing become 12pm instead of 2359hrs of the day. Data remaining and call time remaining freeze. No update of remaining data and call time. Data plan top up difficult using visa card. must try several time then successful. Update app for better performance but this new update totally rubbish Wake up update team
