Ratings and reviews

Can't login to the app. Can sign in fine on the web browser, but no ability to proceed past the login screen on the app. The web browser doesn't give you a QR code to sign in, so there is no ability to sign in at my accounts. This is limiting the ability for representatives to participate in the patient's care team. Active participation in this credentialing service is affecting patient care. The company continues to collect fees regardless. Healthcare systems should look elsewhere.

Same problem as others. Can't log into app anymore. It just freezes. I have accounts that require appointments are set up for visits, and not being able to use app is a HUGE inconvenience. Glad I keep paying my dues to this company.

App is non functional.....please wait is the only thing you can do with this!! I could be dead or retired by the time I check in to facility!! 😥
