Painfully dated app where everything feels like it takes more steps than it should. If I try to pay my credit card, I cannot see the amount I owe, I have to go to my accounts, remember the amount I owe in my head, then page over to pay bills. I would recommend that the developers take some lessons from the Chase Bank app in terms of usability and ease of access.

Almost always have problems with the app. Things taking forever to load then it just crashes and i have to log in again. 80% of the time it wont show me my visa activity and just says cannot load at this time. 2025 and two years after my original review, still consistently have problems retrieving credit card information with the app.

You sign-in to the app one day and if you decide you need go in again, you can't. Every time after, you'll have to clear the cache on each use to sign back in. This has been a long standing issue with this app from different iterations of it and across various phones. Other banking apps work, not sure why vancity's struggles.
