I have never had an issue making a payment with them. Just a tidbit, your first loan interest rate may be kinda high but I do recommend them to build credit and if you decide to refinance or get another after the current loan is paid off, it is feasible to aquire a lower interest rate through them if needed. Just make your payments on time and try to make more than the minimum if possible. The app is great for keeping track of the loan. again, never had an issue.

When I applied for this card, the reviews made it sound like a bad card. I applied expecting to experience issues. Not true! Good card, raised my credit limit without, me having to requesting it. Easy online payments, received my physical card promptly. I give 4.5 stars, the only negative is the interest rate.

i used the automated to pay last month and it said it couldn't take my payment. Then It switched me to operator who took my payment. Then the next day it showed up both came out. they were supposed to put it back it will take 5 days, then it didn't and a supervisor wasn't available for 24-48 hours. they caused me 78.00 in overdraft fees and still never called me back. THEY SUCK! Stay away unless you can afford problems like this and "NO" customer service. Still haven't called. 40 days later
