Whatever you did caused the app to stop working. The zones don't show on the map. Type in zone and it is asking me what city when I'm clearly standing in the one showing on my map. Then it tells me my payment method isn't accepted without giving any other option (even though all payment methods are shown in a little graphic.) Had to use the website to pay. Very frustrating when you are trying to get somewhere and then have to stand around for 15 minutes trying to pay for parking.

I originally gave this app 5 stars and had to drop it to one. Whatever change you made to this app is causing a lot of problems. Just opening the app take minutes to load. It take minutes to register location only if you know the location. The location service to find where you are doesn't work at all. Knowing where you are is the only way to make it to the next step of verifying your location by the list of cities with the same number. Paying also take minutes. The entire process takes 10 mins.

I've never been a heavy user of this app, but I've had it installed on a few phones over the last few years and it always worked fine. Until this year. Got stuck in loop of enter email, receive return email, hit button to log in, was sent back to world map (zone search did nothing) zoom to zone, enter email, repeat. Useless. Several updates, no improvement. Eventually got new phone, works fine. If app no longer works on some Android versions, devs could at least say so.
