Miserable. BT forced us to use BTPay while discontinuing the NeoBT app. And that's fine. But it's not fine when the new app doesn't work. My NeoBT is no longer available (and it was working perfectly!). I had the BTPay for a while, but I was told to uninstall/reinstall it because it was not working properly. I did, but I couldn't get past the code verification because the app would not allow me to input it. After several tries, I was locked out, and now I have to wait almost 8 hrs to try again.

I was using this app last year, and I was working just fine. After they killed NeoBt, I was forced to try this app. Horrible, it would not register my number. I would receive the sms, but it would not autofill in the app. I spoke with a few representatives from BT, the same answer, the phone is the problem. I switched the phone, but still no success. The application is horrible, is not working, and nobody can give a response or help me with my problem.

As a Romanian citizen residing abroad, I was unable to install this app. It seems that the app only knows how to register you with your Romanian ID, even if it's saying that you can use your passport or ID from your residing country. As I'm abroad, the other option (go to the bank subsidiary) it's not an option. Tried to discuss with someone in call center, but after 25 minutes of waiting on the line, I hangup. Not recommended to be installed from abroad.
