Designed with you in mind, the Lexie app doesn’t require special tech skills to make it work. All you need is a smartphone and you’ll be ready to set up your hearing aids in a few, quick steps.
You will have access to the Lexie Blog, a platform that is full of informative articles about hearing loss and hearing health. There are also resources intended for your loved ones, to empower them to give you the support you need.

Please note, the Lexie app is only to be used by people above the age of 18, and for those with Lexie OTC Hearing Aids. Compatible with the following Lexie Hearing aid models:

Excellent sound quality, BUT. Be prepared for Your hearing aids continually disconnect from the app. Then you have to reset the hearing aids and then connect to the app. This happens all the time. You speak to customer support and they tell you to wait for an update and when the update comes it does nothing to solve the problem. I think the developers might be more focused on working on the iPhone version of the software rather than focusing on Android telephones.

Android 14, Samsung, B2 Plus. App still loses connection to aides, even after May 6 upgrade. One aid loses connection, after maybe 5 minutes or so. App still works, but only controls the aid that hasn't dropped bluetooth connection yet. After another 20 minutes or so the other aid also drops connection to the app. So then the app is useless. Both aides still work at that point, but can't be controlled. The aids then have to be manually powered down and manually back on to reestablish Bluetooth.

The app terrible you can't navigate through it unless you do the steps over again. Bluetooth is impossible on my Android anyway. After an hour on the phone they told me my phone was incompatible. Hearing aids will not stay connected to the app they told me to put her in a tight container and throw a drying device with it for 2 days period after paying $1,000 for these I don't feel like should be that difficult
