Hello andy you We are sorry to hear about this, it sounds like a network issue. You may need to move your Lorex recorder or cameras closer to your router to gain better network connection. Further distances between devices can cause issues such as this. Please let us know if this issue persists after the adjustment. Thank you

I used the flir cloud before, just one told me that will stoped and ask me to use this. but this app can not use playback. whenever I choose any date before. only show me the today and no record I can see.
