This App is criminally terrible. In the time it takes to already be in the app and just pull up the proof of insurance for my vehicles I can walk upstairs to my office, turn on my computer, log in, open AAA's website, grab proof of insurance, print, shut down my computer, and go back downstairs. I only use it when I have no other choice, I want this app to work and be simple but for as long as I've been a customer they are more worried about my zip code then improving the app (iykyk).

ITS AAA NOT NATIONAL SECURITY!!!! This app is ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!! Unless you can remember a 32 character ID number plus a password you can't sign in. I screenshot the info but calling and waiting to talk with someone on the other side of the world you can't understand is quicker and easier. The app should be the easier option but it takes too long to find the numbers and punch them in. Either remember my phone or let me change the log in to something short and easy to remember!!!

It is so disappointing that a storied institution as AAA should have the most miserable online experience. But, they do. The app simply will not open up. It claims an error connecting with the server. I have cleared my data. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and I still can't log in. Previously, when I could log in, the app was very jittery and frequently wanted to be updated. I have wanted to check gas prices but now have a separate app for that. logging in thru the website is not the same.
