Ratings and reviews

I use my google account to login which you can't do in the app. In order to try to login via the app you have to find your membership number or insurance policy number and reset your password every time. Even when I log into the site in a browser to set a new username and try that way, the app spits out an error. It's literally useless since I can't actually access my account.

This app used to be decent, NOT ANYMORE! The new two factor authentication now makes it virtually unusable and literally requires you to have two devices to login to the app to your insurance so you can pay a bill or manage your insurance with the app and this goes for the website also! It does the same thing. You have to log in with the two factor authentication BUT you have to have two devices to do so. This was what I was told by tech support at AAA! 😡 ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?

Like most users are commenting, I am unable to use the app after updating. Can't record journeys, request roadside assistance, etc. App automatically closes when I try to open it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it numerous times. I have cleared my cache and cookies, and it still doesn't work. I use the drive safe program to lower my insurance premiums, but how is that going to happen if the app doesn't record the journeys. Hopefully, there will be another update to fix these issues.
