Ratings and reviews

It has become one the worst app after the update. Delivery partner are changed multiple times within certain minutes. One delivery partner takes the order and the other comes from nowhere. The persons who are managing the accounts cannot handle a small task. One of the worst support team I have seen in any app.

You are deducting a lot of money under various charges like service fees, penalties, long-distance enhancements, Very bad customer support; they do not resolve any tickets raised for issues. They charge high commission rates and make huge, unexplained deductions from weekly payouts. Plus, they put heavy penalties for rejected orders . Please stop these penalties and unfair deductions. Terrible service!We are working very hard on this job while managing our kids, but the current deductions.

Onboarding Fee is too much that is ₹10000 rupees with no option to disable it. They are just playing monopoly. It's better to get on Swiggy as it's only ₹1780. I hope Zomato lowers its onboarding fee so that new restaurants can easily do their business online .
