Ratings and reviews

Due to rejections, the app gets turned offline for 24 hours. There is no way to speak directly with the support team, and the support team resolves the issue very late. I would like to give this app 0 stars because it causes a lot of mental harassment and stress. The support system needs to be improved.i am very sad @zomato

It has become one the worst app after the update. Delivery partner are changed multiple times within certain minutes. One delivery partner takes the order and the other comes from nowhere. The persons who are managing the accounts cannot handle a small task. One of the worst support team I have seen in any app.

I have a very big problem that sometimes I mistakenly click on orders ready and then rider comes and create pressure. so after clicking on ready atleast for 10-15 seconds we could undo or unready this.
