Ratings and reviews

Zomato is activating offers and advertisements without any confirmation, call, or message to us. Even customer care activates promotional features costing ₹200 without taking permission from the restaurant owner. A very high commission is being deducted. On a ₹100 order, we are receiving only ₹40. For the past two weeks, I have been trying to contact chat support, but it only shows that all executives are busy. A ticket is raised, and later it gets automatically closed without any proper resolut

i registered my restaurant. very bad Customer service. if we reject the order they charge us. if the customer cancels the order they give only 30-40% payout. we prepare all items fresh. when we receive the order we start preparing and the customer cancels the order then zomato customer simply say you received that much amount only. if tell them and send proof like we already processed then they just reply "is there anything we can help you" and within sec. they disconnect the conversation.
