I placed an order which was instantly canceled. The merchant never claimed the funds and now I have to wait 30 days to receive a refund on my money on behalf of dolarapp. That is insanely long considering it was canceled by the merchant almost instantly. I like this app but one has to be very very careful on placing an order otherwise if the merchant cancels it who knows when you'll receive your money back. I messaged the chat and they were NO help.

I used to be a premium user, but I canceled my subscription today. Let me give you some context on what's going on. DolarApp changed banks and requested all users to update their account details with their payers. After they changed banks, I used my new account details but they keep rejecting incoming transfers from my employer. The reason listed in the transfer reject report is "Per Client Request". The same thing happened to a coworker that I referred to this service. Avoid at all costs.

days before getting paid, they changed my routing and acc number. Thanks I guess I won't eat for a month responding to the dev: if you change acc info days before getting paid, the change takes 1 billing cycle to take effect. So thanks , I guess.
