Ratings and reviews

The app tells me to update. So I do. Following the update, it does not recognize my email or password. Not sure which. I attempt to use forget password, that then does not recognize my username/ email. I scan license and see the system has me in there, down to email. It tells me to sign in. Rinse and repeat. I am locked out. UPDATE National reached out to assist. I was able to get back in to my account. The prior version worked. Very well, this seems to be consistent, although not all my data

I travel extensively. National is my primary rental car agency. That being said, this app is very clunky. A major company like this should be able to do much better. Usually I will go to the computer or call them instead of trying to use the app. Quite often, the app will not even let you do basic things like making modifications to a reservation. It is only really good for me to look at to see if my assistant made a reservation or checking the reward level. They need to fire whomever they had doing it and start from scratch. It couldn't get any worse--

The new version of this app s***ks. It's infuriatingly slow. Takes me back to my computer from 1995. I used to love National and let all my peers know about their service. I've actually tried to rent cars 3 times now and it's so slow and has come back with random prices that I gave up all three times and rented from the competition. Please bring back the old app. Lightning fast and allowed me to make reservations quickly.
