Ratings and reviews

I've had a PP business account for years. I made the switch over to Zettle for taking credit cares at vendor events. The app worked great for a bit, but now I can't even get it to open long enough to pair my CC reader. It keeps crashing within a few seconds of opening it. You can't process payments w/o the app, and I'm stuck standing there looking like an idiot. I've un-installed/reinstalled, sign in/out multiple times, and nothing works. It pains me, but I'm going to have to switch to Square.

Crashes constantly. Maddening. I used PayPal Here for years without a glitch. Zettle worked fine for a few days, but then went south and hasn't come back. I've switched to Square (which has its own issues, I might add). You'd think the technology would get better and better, but No.

It keeps disconnecting. Often I had to grap Square reader and charge customers' credit cards because of that. Customers can't wait until I try to restart my phone and reconnect the Zettle reader. It's very frustrating. I won't use it without having a reliable backup device like Square. I've never had a connection problems with Square.
