Ratings and reviews

Good app, except the one little hiccup, despite it being a security measure: the inability to check existing Wi-Fi password. If you are unsure, only option is to create a new password, which is all quite fine by me but for those with loads of devices connected (always a 'blissful pleasure' to enter password using telly remote for your firestick, if superior ethernet connection is impractical), it could be tad frustrating. Other than that, excellent app!

The network is very poor, and the internet speed is extremely slow, making it impossible to browse. I've raised complaints numerous times, but nothing has changed. Whenever I contact customer support, they say, "There is very high traffic in your area." If there is high traffic, shouldn't they reduce the cost of my recharge plan? I am not getting the quality of service I am paying for. I recommend porting out from Jio, as they are charging high

Even local broadband service is far better than this useless jio, I have contacted them for setup box remote issue, they did something backend and make it completely not working. When they can't fix again, kept me on hold and disconnected the call which is rediculas and I have frequent WiFi disconnections they couldn't able to resolve. Don't take 3 or 6 months package and don't suffer like me. Worest service.
